Blue Mountain Morning
This is the first of vegan beings cocktail recipes from Isaac , the name blue mountain morning of course comes from the famous Jamaican coffee region, it is delicious and just a bit delicious did I say it's delicious!
The chocolate pictured with the cocktail is a rum and coconut truffle which we bought from Chocolicious at the vegan bake sale and cafe in Exeter this morning.
- 50ml Appleton Estate VX
- 25ml Espresso
- 15ml Maple Syrup
- 2 Dash Chocolate Bitters
- Cinnamon Smoke*
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker (expect the cinnamon smoke) shake hard with ice and fine strain into cinnamon smoked glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
*Cinnamon smoke: light the end of a cinnamon stick until it begins to smoke, hold the glass above and upside down to catch smoke, once filled place on surface catching smoke letting the smoky flavour infuse.
